Stacey Bonenberger
Hi there, my name is Stacey Bonenberger and I am a proud mom to 3 grown children and 3 fur babies, married to my high school sweetheart, and a first time grandma this year! In my professional life, I am a Kindergarten Teacher, Licensed SLPA, and adore my added role of supporting children's reading skills as a Reading Therapist. I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a content emphasis in Inclusion and finalizing a second Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I have over 25 years of experience working with young children in many different capacities and love helping children improve their reading skills and build confidence. I am trained in the Fundations Curriculum through the Wilson Language Program, the 95% Reading Intervention Program, the LETRS approach to early literacy, and have had countless training hours in the Science of Reading. I believe in meeting students where they are at with an individualized approach to supporting young learners with a focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Reading is a passion of mine, and I adore seeing student's self confidence rise as they become successful readers.
